What to Try First
Check for
updates/patch releases on the Download
page.
For PC
Products: You should also make
sure your running the required
version of DirectX.
The latest version of DirectX can
always be installed. Video drivers
are a common crash problem. Update
your video card drivers to the
latest revision by downloading and
installing from your card
manufacturers web site. If you
can't the driver from the card
manufacturer try the graphics chip
manufacturer.
For Pocket PC
Products: See product specific
support on the panel to the left.

check the readme.txt file in the
directory the product is
installed.

Still Having Problems?
If you still have
problems email support@celeris.com
with a complete description of
your problem including the
operating system, CPU, memory, and
product version number. The
product version can usually be
found in the about dialog. If the
program crashed and a dialog
popped up informing you copy all
crash information into the email.
Legacy Products
FlixMix
FlixMix is a DOS
product that may not run on newer
versions of Windows. We recommend
upgrading to Ulterior
Motive.
Virtual
Pool
Virtual Pool is a
DOS product and may not run
properly on NT base operating
systems like Window 2000 and
Windows XP. You probably need
to run in compatibility mode on
XP.
Virtual
Pool Windows
Virtual Pool
Windows is an Windows 3.1
version of the original Virtual
that should run on all versions of
Windows. You probably need to run
in compatibility mode on XP. |
