I got the advice from Steve to uninstall VP4 and reinstalling the complete VP4 V 4.1.1.1 from the celeris site.
Problem is when I do that, I will loose my settings and save-games.
In the mean time I already found the profile settings with the save games at Local settings\application data\Virtual Pool 4\vpfiles\profile
...but where are the settings from VP4?
Can somebody tell me?
I changed a lot in the settings and I don't want to change all again after re-installing.

Uninstalling 4105 or later versions of VP and re-installing them will not result in losing your settings.
You will lose your mouse settings when installing 4111 but that's no matter if you uninstall or just apply the patch.
