I purchased VP4 a few days ago, but was subsequently forced by a (hopefully) unrelated problem to restore my computer, causing me to lose my copy of the game. How can I obtain a new copy without paying another $30.00?

You need to contact support@celeris.com with your details.
In particular your email you used to register your game when you made your initial purchase.

I tried that twice, and both times received an "undeliverable" email in response. I have tried a third time and will update you. Thank you.

Sure enough, I can't get through using that address. My email is otherwise working fine.

Ive just sent a test email to that address to check it.

Ive had no messages saying that the mail didnt get through

What to do is to mail me your details to hhwgollogly@hotmail.com

If you still have a copy of your original serial number if you kept a record of it as you should have plus your email details that you used to open your account to buy the original serial.

Thanks again for your help. All is resolved, however, when I tried to send a reply to say thank you, it still wouldn't go through as of about 8 minutes ago. Thought you might want to let your contact know.

That sounds like theres something weird going on with your email somehow but no matter as long as your fixed up.
