Poor Customer Support

I really like this game, but lost sound when I installed OS5. Emailed Customer support about the problem 2 weeks ago and didn't even get an acknowledgement of the letter, never mind an answer.

A work around for now is to play some music with the Apple music app and then start Virtual Pool. You will now have sound effects. We are working on a new release for iOS 5 plus it will have upgrade, but that will take some time so do the work around for now.
