I'm ready for online play

But I'm not sure there's anyone out there. Before I pay for Gamespy, which is very affordable, I would like to know if it is easy to get a game. I'm troubled by the lack of messages regarding online play and by the problems some people have encountered in setting it up. I'm willing to exert some effort if there are folks out there who want to play.
