Black Screen after beating a boss

Hello,
I'm new but I have a question about the carreer play of VP3. The game works just fine. no problems what so ever.
But When I beat a boss. doesn't matter which one. I see a black screen and here someone talking. but the screen stays black. and when he's done talking it stays black. I can CTRL+ALT+DEL but i can't close the game. so I have to log off the account / reboot my PC. does anyone know a sollution?
