CELERIS SCREEN ONLY

I installed VP3DL, it went thru the install and I entered in the serial.

Everytime I go to start it all I get is the Celeris screen and it freezes my laptop.

I am running xp sp3 on a lenovo ibm.

I emailed Celeris, the only reply I got was to reinstall.
