Tournament system down?

Is the tourney system down now? When trying to create a tournament all I get is

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I suppose it's cos the hosting hasn't been paid??

I think you might not be far off the mark there with your guesstimation.....................farewell old tourney system and see you on VP4.

The thing is that I would like to be able to run tourneys until VP4 gets out the door, which won't be this year at least, :(
