ROUND ROBIN SNOOKER LEAGUES

Postby 9balldotcom » Mon Nov 17, 2008 6:38 pm

I intend to run another Snooker Round Robin league, but it will consist of two leagues. They will be known as league one and league two.

The leagues will start as soon as all places have been filled

The league one will consist of the "BETTER" players and the league two will be for those I deem to be "numpties" "noobs" beginners" or not so good players.

However its up to most of you to choose what league you want to be in and whether I agree with it..

Id hope to have two leagues of 20 players so thats room for 40 players in total. You will all play one another in the league once in each season.

There will be a full first season of matches in both leagues, where being round robin its up to all of you to contact one another to arrange a time to play.

Each match will be 3 frames only,so the result can be 3-0 or 2-1 in each match.

At the end of the first full season the bottom two players in league one will be relegated and the top two players from league two will be promoted.

If there is any ties a one frame sudden death will determine an overall winner

Im only taking requests to join this league in the VP3 lobby....no other way.

I need to make sure your registered to the Round Robin Tournament system prior to adding you to whatever league you prefer to be in..

So at the end of the season are you going to split that league into two divisions?

Yes thats what I had intended in this post originally, to have two leagues at the beggining.
However at the last minute decided to have the one main league which will split to 2 at the end of the first full completed season.
