I won't make a list, but I'll add some thoughts.

Bri usually goes far in these things, watch out if he finds his form.

I'd say Snooze has as big a chance as Sharkey, but I wouldn't have put Sharkey as a 7-4 favourite. Still, watch out for gareth (and Sharkey).

McClarky has been looking good lately when I've played him, watch out for him as well.

Oh and Keith will be tough if he finds his normal level of consistency.

Also watch out for LarryL and Polo.
And what's with Apollon, is he not signed up?

Sophisticated-Beggar 150-1
Yeah, I'm gonna hang myself.

Let me put a quid on with you, maybe you'll see I've been hustling you all this time.

In-fact, its a compliment. With that many players and rounds I'd put myself at 1000-1.

Give me a FIVER on that! Or...100-1 per round

I know in general trying to judge odds for tournaments like this can end up being a lottery, but then again its not that difficult to judge after having played most of the "BIG"name players,it then gives me a general idea of who has the or had the game to win it.

Sharkey although during the tourney didnt exactly play out of his skin,he seemed to me to have the right temprement for it and a decent enough game to go all the way.

One thing though with some good players is that they can be good over 3 frames like myself...but not have the mental strength to play overa distance.

Chocky for me was the biggest shock during this tourney...he makes big breaks, but just didnt cut it when the questions were asked in his game with Albinario who also has a good temprement for the game.....Chocky in the end was beaten into submission and just sort of gave up as Albi will testify.

Rich(Fayr) who like myself is not as consistent at snooker showed you dont need to be making big breaks to win matches and being a good match player helps although as he will confess his temtement can be a little suspect at times.
Medialsave being a finalist before didnt play very well as he will admit, but like many players simple lack of match play can be a valid reason.
Players like Snoozehughes Mc Clarky,M3RLIN and a few other predominantly 9ball players are all potential fututre champions as they play a very attacking 9ball minded approach to snooker....and er they can pot balls.
Biggest disappointment was B11TME who didnt make it to play his semi final match with Tonysam1....would have been a great match.

All i hope is that more players are drawn to play snooker after seeing the quality of some of the players who play it in VP3.
Im quite suprised though that two of my top 3 tips for the title got to the final.Tonysaam1 when he gets going can score heavily and from his matches that I saw I dont think he really played nady all through the tourney....his worst day of the tourney would have to be the final day, which was very unlucky for him as im sure many would agree would also have been a worthy champion.
Id be interested to hear a few others opinions

In my opinion its hard to play against rich, because he makes his 30-40 breaks and then he can play a very good safety if he is not as ill as against sharkey.

rich maybe played his best tourney. he beat larry and gareth, good players, too!

tonysam had his worst day on sunday, yeah hugh, but overall he played a great tourney and is deserved runner-up.

Albinario told in another threat about the number of high breaks.
this quantity of breaks shows the quality of the snooker players who signed up.

last, but not least i want to say thanks to hugh, who did a great job once again!
Oh Well!
