Hello,

Thanks for asking in my behalf. I have decided also that it would be a good idea to ask apple about this stuff. I know they can really help us a lot hers since I am also having the same issue.

To delete careers, select 'Career Play' from main menu.
Press the white/red X in the upper right corner of the career folder that you want to delete.
If this doesn't work for you, make sure you have the current version downloaded. Some previous versions did not work properly.
