Bizarre Bug, I think

Snooker, Career Mode, Hard.
I'm playing Iron Mike in the Quarterfinals of a National single elimination race to 3 tournament. We are locked at 2 frames apiece. I have started the 5th frame and decided to check the tournament sheet and it shows that Iron Mike has beaten me 3 to 2 and he is in the semifinals with no frames played yet. When I return to the game sure enough its still frame 5 and no red has yet been potted. What gives?
