VP3 on Vista 64 bit

A guy I know gets an error message when trying to play VP3 on 64-bit Vista. Something about administrator rights, and the game refuses to start. He has no multiple accounts on vista, so he is logged on as administrator and he has also given vp3 exe administrator rights.

Not sure why he is getting that message. You should not need administrative permission to run, only to install.
