Pool on money gaming sites

Post by Albinario »

I've been seeing more and more so called "skill based" gaming sites where you can bet and win/lose real money (for example http://www.play89.com/EN/index.html or http://www.king.com). Most of these sites have pool as one of the games available.

The thing is that the pool games are really crappy and I think Celeris should take advantage of this. All that is needed to dominate the market is making a browser-based game that can be run on most computers and that doesn't take forever to load. This shouldn't be impossible considering celeris already has virtual pool mobile that doesn't require extreme computing power. A java-implemented version of this would be so much better than the crap that's out there now. It would give money to Celeris and also generate more interest in the real versions of virtual pool.

Also, us regular virtual pool player would win a lot of money from all the suckers out there on these skill based gambling sites w00t

I appreciate what you are saying, however there are many good players who would come out of the woodwork to play money games. I would prefer tournaments where you win prize money, rather than money matches.

It would be fun to make a living from vp3!!
