I wrote a quick little piece of software that lets me change between 3225/3235/3236d and 3237. Now although its not really needed now that everyone should be using 3237, I'd like to develop it further with a few ideas of my own.
The question I have is that the setup redistributable I create for it contains the vp3dl.exe files for each version. Am I allowed to distribute those in my setup program or do I need to instruct any users of my software to get the vp3dl.exe files for each version themselves?
No you are not allowed to distribute the exe files.
We also don't want people using older versions. This is only going to cause support issues. If the current versions has problems we will address them as has gone on since 3225.
