Any solution to "unable to enumerate DirectPlay session

When i join a game from Gamespy,i get "unable to enumerate DirectPlay sessions" error.I was playing 3099 with Gamespy a few monts ago,then i started to get that error,so now i have 3225 but error goes on.
Are there any solutions you know?

Yes it soulds like the game path isnt set in gamespy...someone will correct me if i am wrong.

Sounds like it indeed. I tried to help yesterday but it was in the middle of tourney. Go to gamespy options-games and check the path of vp3. It should point to vp3dl.exe, by default situated in c:/program files/celeris/vp3dl/

Gamespy Vp3 directory is correct,it points vp3dl.exe and i get this error after the vp3 window opened,just before joining the game.

DirectPlay is the networking part of DirectX.
Most probably either your VP3 installation or your DirectX installation is faulty.

Try uninstalling VP3 completely, reboot, then reinstall it.
If it still doesn't work, try upgrading DirectX.

Yep,reinstalling DirectX solved it.Thx for help!!
