i can't buy VP4 because i can't register here
I see the message:

We're sorry but Virtual Pool 4 online player registration is not available yet.

Anybody know when the problem is solved

Yes the problem is that player registration isn't open yet.

The reason it is not open yet is because Virtual Pool 4 online is not available yet.

You will get an update on this forum or on Virtual Pool 4 on Facebook about player registration as soon as it is available.

i know VP4 online is 2013 available. I will buy VP4 the current available version.

Can anyone please help me? I will play VP4.
I have download and install the game but i cant buy it. please help.

buy / add to card / check out

After that klick "checkout" i must klick registration?

When you click to add the game to your cart it should then give you the choice to login or to register as a new customer.

I shouldnt not think tha t there would be an issue with your email address though.

From what you are saying I believe you already registered, just weren't able to get back to finish the purchase.


Try the following:

Go to https://vponline.celeris.com/auth/login and hit the 'Forgot password?' button.
Enter your email adress and Submit.

The retrieve email function was just fixed, so you should get an email from Celeris with a link.
If you get one:
Follow the link and change the password
Use your email address and the password to log in
Click on 'Store' at the top. Now you can add Virtual Pool 4 to your cart and check out.


(only) If you don't get an email with your password:
Open Internet explorer
Goto 'Extras-> Internetoptionen'
In Tab 'Allgemein' click button 'Löschen'
A new window opens. Click checkbox 'Verlauf' and button 'Löschen'.
Now go to http://vponline.celeris.com/vp4offprod
You should see a 'Buy' button there.. use it and start the purchasing process.
