Tournament is progressing nicely now, any predictions?

I think it's a tough one to predict. Overall, I'd say the bottom half has tougher players than the top half.

If I were to speculate on who makes it to the semis... I think grimlock has a good chance on the top quarter of the fixtures, although xrayspex beat wit impressively (and wit was in semis last year i beleive). also, fayr might make it to the semis from this group.

In the next quarter I hope to make it to the semis myself. but nam might get there, or 9balldotcom... or giz.

In the third quarter... id have to go with alinville or sharkey makin it to the semis.

And in the last we have lots of good players, so it's hard to predict; Mofo, snooze, b11tme, larryl, nugget, nuno, mal, etcetera...

If I have to make one guess only I'll go with:
first semi: grimlock vs hopefully me! or nam
2nd semi: alinville vs B11tme

I think by the time the draw is down to the last 8 you can pretty much take your pick from 8 strong players. Whoever gets down to the last 8 has made a good accomplishment.

Looking forward to seeing if I can do it.
