VWSC 2008 FINAL ALBINARIO 2008 CHAMPION
What an effort Polo put in in this final session he took the first frame of the evening with a 70 odd break to get off to a good start, then took another 3 frames later with substantial breaks to eventually get it to 16-16 to show some great fighting qualities and at this stage Albinario was hanging on.

We then had a 15 minute break and Albinario came out refreshed and took the next frame easily with another good break to get that vital and crucial one frame away from the title.

34th frame was looking good for Polo as he built up a 40 odd point lead, but Albinario held his nerve when he got it to make a frame and match winning clearance and take the title of Virtual World Snooker Champion for 2008.

It was the end of a very good tournament, and one which saw Mc Clarky come out the woodwork as a very good snooker player and almost going all the way this year.

Hope all of you who entered had fun and I do hope to see you all back in April 2009

Congratulations to Albinario 2008 Virtual World Snooker Champion

Thank You all

WP Albinario, right up there with the best.

Polo showed his class, definately not a surprise he was there and could have won it.

But the praise must go to Alb, awesome mate well done.
