need help

i went to practice mode and when i tried to play the comp opponents there were no names up just numbers ...on the right side ...i clicked on the numbers but nothing came up in the window that says players in game ....that box remained empty ...so i just put snope in the game and proceeded but when the game started there is my name and where another player should be is the number...it does weird things like shooting at extreme angles of 86 i cant seem to remove it because when i go to the window that says players in game all i see is snope nothing else ....any help will be appreciated thx ...snope

Hope you have your serial???

Id suggest a good clean re install

Uninstall game then you know what to do next.

thx hugh and sop...guess ill try to find that serial no.lol ....then see if i remember how to reinstall hehe....
