You could try only having 1 or 2 chat lines for a quick fix....

On a few occasions i've had to ask for my key and i got responce within 2 days.

I spoke to simon this morning, he wasnt aware of the problem and tells me he will have a look at it for you later as he is at work at the mo....

Maybe you could suggest the points to him that zwylle made as an idea of whats needed see if hes intrested.

IMO its never gonna happen. My suggestion is if ppl want a new system maybe we could all club together and put a bid in for a freelancer to do it. Iv not a clue on how much this could cost (anyone?) but theres no harm in trying.
