VP4 is not doing any motion blur. What you are seeing is blur from too slow response time on your LCD monitor. I'm not sure what you can do to alleviate this issue short of buying a monitor that is better for gaming. You can try turning off Vertical Sync and raising the FPS (see Settings/Graphics). ...

The issue with the ball stopping on the shot is because the rail friction was too low, that has been corrected and will be in the next update. Not to say that the ball can't stop or slow down a lot on this type of shot, but the update will do this less.

Go into trick shot mode, reproduce the problem, do an Undo, save the shot and email it to vp4@celeris.com

That is so bizarre. I guess I'll have to install online armor and try it myself to see if I can reproduce it. Obviously online armor is messing with the desktop. Can you play with the settings for online armor and see if you can change what happens?

Yes, the "normal" system way on Windows, Alt-Tab. I say Windows way because this is not VP4 functionality, but is a Windows implementation for switching between applications.
