Serial number not working
Hi I bought VP3 DL a while ago & love it but have had to reset my laptop to factory settings & lost all my downloads so I downloaded it from your site & reinstalled but my Serial: CVP3-F6F6-27C0-F8B8-5172-AD0E no longer works hope you can help.
