Was rail speed something that was broken? If so, it's been broken since DL hit the desktop one year ago. Patch 3217 or there-abouts was the time to "fix" rail speed, not one year later after the entire world has adjusted to pre-3237 DL patches.

Your problem is that the graphics adapter on your laptop (which seems to be a widescreen ratio??) doesn't support any resolutions that vp3dl supports. Your only alternative is to run vp3 in a window instead of full screen. This was an issue for me when I started using an LCD flat panel monitor. The ...
