In 8 ball tourny mode uk world 2 rules i dont seem to be keeping my ranking i was up to 2000 but everytime i got promoted it goes back to a starting level???

When potting a winning ball into the middle pocket the game decides with a built in sound effect that ive hit it off the table ,which i havnt as i rolled it in ,this has now happened twice at 8 ball pub world 2 rules
